What are the check in and check out times?
You can check in to the hotel from 1.30 p.m. onwards. Check out time must be before 12 p.m.
What are the breakfast timetables?
Breakfast is served in the cafeteria from 8.30am to 11.00am. It can be brought forward or delayed with prior notice.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE GYM AND SPA AREA
You can book your private access by adding it as an extra when you make your reservation on our website. First you will need to confirm your booking and, once confirmed, you will be given the option to add your access to the spa area.
If you choose the romantic or family experience, access to the spa will be included in the price.
How much does access to the spa area cost?
The price for private use of this area is 60€/two people, 70€/three people and 80€/four people.
Can the spa area be booked privately?
Yes, access is for 1 hour and is completely private.
What is the spa area like?
It has a sauna, whirlpool bath, hot beds and mist shower.

Information about the bar-cafeteria
Our bar is located on the seafront of the port of Mundaka. Both the apartments Mundaka Port and the Hotel El Puerto are connected to the bar from the inside. Therefore, it is possible to access it directly from the accommodation. We are open all day, so you can have breakfast, lunch, dinner or a drink at any time of the day. Here you can see the menu and photos of our cafeteria with a terrace and views of the port. And, apart from this, we have a wide variety of pintxos every day.
During the summer months, due to the large number of visitors, we reserve a table area for hotel/apartment guests, so if you are staying there, you can enjoy this exclusive service.

Is the car park for the exclusive use of hotel guests?
Yes, we are one of the few hotels in Mundaka with a car park, so we reserve it exclusively for our guests.
What is the price per day?
The parking costs 25€/day.
Where is the car park?
We have parking spaces in two car parks. One is located 100 metres from the hotel and the other is even closer, 50 metres from the hotel.
